
The farm Paradise was bought in 1946 by Max Muskat for a mere £1 200. It covers 40 hectares and for the most part it was unused until Max’s son, Jacques, saw an opportunity to develop some of the land and moved there in 1990.

Paradise Ridge offers a beautiful rustic campsite overlooking the beach, ocean and coastline.
During the day, watch the whales & dolphins play and fall asleep at night whilst listening to the never ending sound of waves crashing with a starlit sky above you. Waking up refreshed after a good nights sleep you will once again be amazed by the spectacular views this site has to offer. Pitch your tent on the soft sand and admire the breathtaking views this campsite has to offer.
The campsite is situated right next to the Lapa with braai facilities & a pizza oven. A generator is also available if needed.
Toilet and shower facilities are available with views stretching over the coast.
The shower offers a traditional “donkie” (which was also build by Gallie Sweis) with water being heated up by making a fire underneath it allowing guests to enjoy a warm shower.
